Love this so much....The only thing that helps me get out of "the dark chasm"--is doing something for someone else. And I love the idea of doing it quietly. Thanks for continuing to post "goodness."

Fabulous ideas -of course I highly endorse #5 - send a detailed thank you note, especially the word “detailed.” Those details are powerful expressions if your gratitude and set your note aside from the plain vanilla note. What details? Describe the gift. Tell where you put it or how you’re using it (if it’s a “thing.”). Explain why you appreciated it so much.

Thanks for the reminder to make an introduction! It’s inspiring me to introduce a drummer who just moved to my town who hasn’t found anyone to jam with yet to another local drummer.

All great ideas to be helpful ... thank you for sharing. I do a few listed. The one I do most often is write a small review for local business. I love sharing positive messages.

Great ideas and so timely! I especially love the idea of hand writing a thank you. Feels intentional and acknowledges kindness and appreciation which we can all use a little of these days.
