I like this way of thinking -- you're not quitting, you're just choosing to not finish. Often that's a very wise decision.

This makes for lovely reading and you have given me pause for thought about how I view and use time. I have never liked corporate time management modules-they have always made me feel constricted, limited. The ones available in computer apps are worse. I really don’t want to fire up my laptop or reach for my phone when I want to create a framework for my day. It just kills creativity when I have to obey rules. I want to choose my activities with my heart and that doesn’t fit in an app or a spreadsheet. Sometimes I just want to sit in the sun with my cats.

Permission to quit is huge because it breaks every belief and conditioning about hustle culture that has been engrained in us from a young age.

I was very pleased to read your book on time anxiety is available now. I remember exactly how inspiring it felt to fill out your questionnaire while you were doing your research. I can nod to each and every one of your seven pieces of advice. Thank you so much for sharing. Definitely considering buying.

Ooo number 3 hit hard, I'm guilty of thinking "if I just find the right way, I can get everything done". Something for me to continue to work on.

I love the idea of not choosing to finish, I talk about this a lot with young people who feel obliged to finish long and expensive courses when they learn quickly that's not for them. Get out and find something you love!!
