This book has come at a good time for me, as I've been struggling with feelings of guilt for not being productive enough. At the end of the day, I never say, "Look at all I've done." Instead, I'm disappointed at everything I could have done but didn't.
Chris, I think I'm a 'time groupie' already and we literally just met--via a NYTimes article today I shared with our HR team. I purchased the book and excited it comes tomorrow. Everything I've seen from your mental health newsletter--feels a lot like my stored (including recent ADHD diagnosis). I'm excited to learn more about your journey and insights.
