Yes, I love the message that minimalism isn't necessarily about one certain aesthetic (like two white t-shirts) but just about owning less and being more intentionally with what you do have!

As someone who is also concerned about the future of this planet I was struck by the - "ship various foods to yourself from across the country". The last thing I want to encourage people to do is to shop more online. The bagels in SF must be pretty good. Let's cut down on the # of delivery vans plying our streets. They tend to be old diesel trucks which are incredibly polluting + more planes in the air also equals more pollution. Off soapbox - thanks for the interesting read!
