Good contribution! We all have things we are avoiding taking care of. One group with special difficulty in this area are those with ADHD, where procrastination is a regular feature. The more I see, the more I think it is a side effect of one of the proven ADVANTAGES of ADHD, hyperfocus. The problem is that getting into a hyperfocus mode to tackle a project is not easy. That creates an additional barrier, the energy and focus needed to engage with a new issue. I wonder if others have experienced this kind of barrier? --Jeffery
This is such a good idea! In Gestalt we call it 'unfinished business' and it can really weigh us down, even into depression. 🙏🏻🕊️
