This actually is one thing AI is good for. With a little prompting, you can get something down that can work for you and can be flexible at the same time.

I am attrocious with my evening ritual. The trash panda of the night, as it were - all garbage and I look like i haven't slept in weeks.

I sat down and ran a generic situation through AI with some prompting and asking questions to what was important to me. The system gave me multiple things that I can concentrate on as well as whatever I think could work with as a flexible option (if I don't feel like something, I can swap it out for ten other options and still move the needle).

While I haven't hit 100% on my evening routines, I am doing far more now than I ever did without that process.

Great idea! I have a condensed onto one page weekly list with days in the left and Priorities on the right. And a “Nice as well” on the right. When I’m planning the days in the left, I’ll write in the priorities. But it’s often based on time instead of the day before. I like the concept of moving them over as the week progresses.

This was super helpful! I like to ease into my day, knocking out a couple quick wins. This helps me build momentum for when I get to the more difficult (and important) tasks. Jumping right into the most difficult thing never quite works for me.

I have a routine but this might be the refinement necessary to get my Memoir done for starters!

I can’t even begin to tell you how on time this post is for me! One of my biggest struggles of the year, so thank you 🙌🏽😊

Sound advice. I need to be more diligent on time management & accomplishing daily tasks. I believe that following your plan may be the key for me, even if it means setting an alarm in the beginning to get me started!

I have 5 piilars: learning, meditation, moving, rest and the Detroit Tigers. If I take care of these it's a good day.

My morning ritual is super dialed in:

-Wake up SLOWLY (remember and voice record dreams if I can)

-exercise on back porch for morning light & movement (14 min)

-drink tea, take supplements, check Oura ring while listening to a summit or podcast

-do IFS

-Pilates mat exercise & more IFS

-breakfast

My evening routine was non-existent until I bought a far-infrared sauna. I realized I needed something completely passive that would fully relax me. Sauna fit the bill!

Now, my vision is:

-short walk

-sauna 45-60 min

-cool shower

-moisturize while reading (all natural, no-alcohol moisturizer takes time to soak in)

-brush teeth

-get in bed, do IFS in bed until I’m falling asleep

I don’t get everything in every day, and the evening routine is wobbly, but slowly I’m getting to bed earlier!

Routines for the win!
